Teacher Grants

The East Side Union High School District Education Foundation is proud to support an annual STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) Grants program for teachers in ESUHSD. For the past five years, educators have been awarded funding for proposals designed to inspire science, technology, engineering, arts, and math learning in their classrooms.

A committee of teachers and Foundation board members evaluate grant applications and submit recommendations to the Foundation Board. Individual grant awards are up to $1,000 each. Funds can be used for the purchase of equipment and/or materials normally not funded through school budgets.

Grant applications for the 2017-2018 school year must be submitted no later than 11:59pm on Friday, January 26, 2018.

Grantees will be notified by February 2, 2018, so they can implement projects before the end of the school year.
